Dave and others, I prefer to be in attendance for all phases of flight. Hence, I use accelerated time (only up to 4x) in order to accommodate this. My general rule of thumb is that I should be able to complete a flight in an afternoon or evening. So, if I have a five hour flight, I will probably fly...
