There are no pre-set forum Avatars in the forum database.

You can use any Avatar you like as long as it meets the following limits:
Image size: 100x100 pixels max.
File size: 15000 bytes max.

For the Beech I usually figure 200 lbs per passenger and crew member. For other aircraft I usually figure 200 lbs per passenger + 40 lbs each for baggage with the same for the crew. This is not in stone and you can load up the way you want.

Pausing the sim should be no problem unless you are flying online under Air Traffic Contol. Then you should advise ATC of your situation before pausing. He may request that you disconnect while your are paused.
