Hi Dave my $0.02 - I think it would be nice to add - but I really think we should take delivery of them like a real airline would - 1 about every 2-3 months and add them to the mainline that way. I think if we did this, we could have every hub gets 2 a year. This way we can keep our current hard won...

Hi Dave -

as an add on

RVSM applies worldwide with the exceptions (of course)

Russia and China use meters

Japan - they are supposed to be going RVSM soon, but I don't think they've done it yet (domestic and Oceanic)

Hey Lyle

I 'worked' those guys when I was controlling on VATSIM in Oakland Oceanic. All that non radar stuff. Postition reports. Was doing some other computer work and was signed on as control for 8 hours - they didn't make it all the way through. That Sydney -LAX is a hike!

Flying in Meters (Russia and China)

With the new schedule, we have flights through airspace that uses meters instead of flight levels. If your aircraft isn't equiped with the meters display, here is a chart to convert. I also have in Excel format if you want, PM me. Russian (this includes former territories of the Soviet Union) and Ch...

The most AMAZING sunset I've ever seen in FS

Don't blame me if this makes you buy Active Sky V  Atlanta to New York JFK - PMDG B744 with Dave Vega's repaint - I really would have liked a copilot so I could just watch this sunset. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v211/scottzdc/JFK/JFK_01.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v211/scottzd...

Active Sky settings

Hi guys - I've had several requests for my Active Sky V enhanced settings. This is the second addon I wouldn't fly FS without. The first being a registered version of FSUIPC. so - ASV options page http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v211/scottzdc/Clouds/ASV.jpg Flight sim settings - display - weather ...

I'm typing my fat fingers away

This experience has also given me a new appreciation for the original schedules. It is extremely time consuming to make these schedules. Hats off to the original founders of the airline and I hopw my contribution will make us even better.

Dave -

It's not the best - it doesn't show Oceanic winds, but it gives a good representation of the land mass winds aloft
