More than 5. Sheesh, these are ATP certified pilots.....
Way high and fast, bad.
Then disconnecting the autothrottle, then flight level change when below the altitude on the MCP.
I seriously think this was get there itis, they should have gone around on numerous decision points. I think the last chance was when the plane started to climb back to 3000.
I bet there were Boeing engineers shocked that that plane was still flying at 105 knots.
