I'm guessing as long as fuel prices stay low the "Queen of the Skies" should still be flying for a while yet.

Yes, fly Queen..flyy! :D :D :D :D

..and by the way, ....

".....Demand for the latest 747-8 variant has also faded as airlines prefer leaner twin-jet types. ...."

this is just non sense deceit, how about all those 380 orders, and 380 is certainly NO twin! and 747-8 more fuel efficient per passenger than 380, this is just conspiracy between Airbus/Airlines to try sabotage the Queen, and sending false excuses, Quantas SA BA AF etc all have/had the Queen and they ordered 380 (NOT twin) and not -8, why? Obviously Airbus with their Grin of the Sky had something to do with this by pressuring to try sell stupid ugly/computer game cockpit airplane! For sure Airbus is behind all this.. When Airbus had started playing with their 320 toys, Boeing 747 was already flying for about 20 years!
