Thanks guys, I really enjoy the flight time and yes I do it in real time and not while I am sleeping. I also like the long hauls and it builds up quick. Ken

Whatever happened to James Bond, former pilot 007? Or am I being dumb not knowing his real name?

In answer to your question I have had the number 007 from the beginning. Jim Swanson gave it to me when we formed Sunair. James Bond never asked me to swap for it and now it is really a moot point. It does seem like he should have it but I really don't think it matters to him. If it did I would not hesitate to let him have it as it is just a number to me and I consider James to be a good friend and pilot. He is still around by the way. Ken

Hi Guys. I'm still here, albeit on the sidelines for now.

When I joined SunAir pilots were assigned their pilot numbers incrementally as we do it today. I've always been pilot number 089 and although my real name is James Bond, I would not change my pilot number to 007. Ken has always had that number and I wouldn't want to take it from him. It's like a jersey number. :D

BTW, I've gotten back in the left seat. I am looking forward to doing some frequent flying. :!:

Thanks for clearing that up. I guess I was used to seeing James' "flyer007" handle. And welcome back, James.
