Post by Dave Blake »

I am pleased to announce that Captain Peter Meyerson SAX339 has successfully passed his SunAir Express checkride and is now left seat rated for the B767. Please congratulate Captain Meyerson on his latest achievement.

Well done Peter!

Peter, congrats. Get ready for long flights. Here's the best photo I've seen of how busy will you be in a B767.

It looks like they are. This is actually a B757 and not a 767. You can see the aircraft registration on the panel. See this pic: http://www.airliners.net/photo/Finnair/ ... 1193632/L/.

I understand that pilots who fly one are rated to fly the other. Can anyone who knows comment?

May be airline specific, but I can confirm that is the case with American.
