Here's a visual guide on how to fly your PMDG B747-400: http://smithplanet.com/fs2004/pmdg/
The PMDG B747 is one of the most complicated simulations of a B747 available for the PC. In other words, this isn't a simple, CTRL-E start your engines simulation. If you're not interested in learning about hydrolics and pneumatics suggest passing on this.
PMDG sells the product on their page for $80.00, but you can find it at Best Buy for about $30. See: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp ... 8119486534

Nice find, Dave! Add this to the couple of other B747 tutorials out there and it makes a nice set of reference material.

I forgot about this excellent value at Best Buy. I'm not flying FSX much yet but I'll have to pick this one up anyway. I'm sure I can put it to use. Thanks Dave!David Vega wrote:Here's a visual guide on how to fly your PMDG B747-400: http://smithplanet.com/fs2004/pmdg/

Re: Visual PMDG 747 Standard Procedure Guide
I bought the PMDG B747-400X at Best Buy the other day. Sweet deal... $29.99 + tax for an $80.00 add-on.
I had some trouble installing the add-on when I couldn't find the authorization code. I finally found the code number inside the DVD box on the left side under the paper insert. Nice job of hiding the code number.
