How long should pilots be allowed to remain on the pilot roster without flying?
My current policy has been that inactive pilots that do not fly for 12 to 15 months will usually be removed from the POC's pilot roster. However, a removed pilot may always be reinstated if requested without lost of a pilot's flight hours or other stats.
