FSX: DO NOT USE Nvidia Video Driver version 361.43

Multiple sources have confirmed that the Nvidia video driver version 361.43 creates problems with FSX. Latest safe version is 359.06.

I had this issue when I updated my Nvidia driver to the latest driver last weekend. When I started FSX as soon as I got the Free Flight menu my computer would freeze completely. I did a video driver roll-back to the previous driver and that solved the issue.

Thanks for this information regarding the NVidia drivers. That update is the next one on my list, so I'm glad I didn't install it!

I found that the Nvidia video driver v361.75 dated 27Jan2016 is safe to use with FSX.

It seems the newest Nvidia drivers (v364.72) are again creating problems for some. See here.

364.72 installed on my computer, and no problem at all, actually FSX looks even better with this one, don't know if coincidence, and using the latest version of NVidia inspector too.

I have the Nvidia v364.72 driver installed on my Win7 Pro system and have no issues with it and FSX. Maybe I'm lucky this time.
