SunAir Express Launches New Service: "Jim"

Post by Dave Blake »

TAMPA, Florida: September 05, 2006 /Newswire/ --

SunAir Express, the world’s first virtual airline, announced today it is launching service with Jim”, an all business class service between the U.S. and European markets. The U.S. / Europe cities served by Jim are:
• Frankfurt / Newark
• Frankfurt / Chicago-O'Hare
• Frankfurt / Dallas-Fort Worth
• London-Gatwick / Newark
• Geneva / Newark
• Zurich / Chicago-O'Hare

Today’s announced enhancements provide passengers with enhanced business service to the world's major business markets. This is a part of a series of future product and service enhancements focusing on customer value and convenience that the carrier is launching in 2006.

Jim is named in honor of the airline's late founder, Jim Swanson. http://www.sunairexpress.com/jim_swanson.html

Jim will be flying new Boeing 737 Business Jets (BBJ) aircraft. The flights will feature the airline's hallmark premium service. The two-by-two seating features the Skybed that "lie-flat" and opens out into six-feet-seven-inches of stretch space, plus 24 inches wide with a curving cocoon headboard that offers greater privacy. Attentive and professional service; premium meals and baked-onboard cookies are also part of the premium service.

Using BBJ aircraft allows Jim to be responsive to the growing business demand, and more importantly provides the airline the opportunity to offer our loyal passengers the level of service that other carriers cannot provide.

SunAir Express was founded in 1992 as the world's first virtual airline. SunAir Express features jet and commuter service throughout the world. SkyLink, Inc., its wholly owned subsidiary, offers connections to SunAir Express as well as point-to-point service between select markets on regional jets (CRJ2) and turboprops (B1900) aircraft.
