Yes, as you can see on the SAX front page, 96 B777 flights are now available for your enjoyment. Thank you for all who tested the B777 on the TPA-JFK run. Most of the flights were reassigned from B747s to B777s, but expect to see new flights in the future that will test the long rage capabilities of our new B777s.
So what about the B777? SAX purchased Boeing 777-200LRs with GE90-115B engines. These engines are the largest engines in aviation history. For comparison purposes, this engine has a larger diameter than the body of our CRJ-200s. Those of you who like long flights, start salivating. If you qualify for right seat, get some practice flights on your flight logs and go pass the checkride for left seat.
Please post any question or suggestions on the 777, the new flights, etc here.
Happy flying
Dave Vega

Re: B777 Flights Are Up
The two B777 test flights from TPA to JFK and back (FLT # 9998 & 9999) have been discontinued. Enjoy the 96 new B777 routes and thanks again for testing the new jet!David Vega wrote:Yes, as you can see on the SAX front page, 96 B777 flights are now available for your enjoyment.
