Thank you Dave. After our landing at KSFO, the flight crew and attendants broke out the little champagne bottles for a toast. Oh, and this took place at the Intercontinental San Francisco, not anywhere near the gate.

Nice, Dave! Only three flights and the harder way of westbound. Is it possible to make it in two, based on the current flight schedule?

Thank you Dave and Marty. I think three is the minimum number of flights with the current schedule to make the round-the-world trip.

Not for SAX credit, of course, but I went around the world again last month to learn the intricacies of the FBW A32NX in MSFS. I tried to limit myself to only the highly detailed (so-called bespoke) airports. Here's my routing.
KLAX (Los Angeles, CA) origin
PHKO (Kona, Hawaii) block time 6:10, 2284nm
PMDY (Midway Island) 4:02 1341
PWAK (Wake Island) 2:58 1038
PTPN (Pohnpei Island) 2:39 931
YLRE (Longreach, Australia) 5:03 2008
YSSY (Sydney, Australia) 2:09 777
YPBO (Paraburdoo, Australia) 5:16 1888
WAHQ (Adisumarmo, Indonesia) 2:41 1034
WMKP (Penang, Malaysia) 2:35 1004
VQPR (Paro, Bhutan) 3:43 1479
OMDB (Dubai, UAE) 6:31 1941
OTBD (Doha, Qatar) 0:59 218
OKKK (Kuwait) 1:18 318
HECA (Cairo, Egypt) 2:50 884
LICJ (Palermo, Italy) 3:10 1035
LFMN (Nice, France) 1:44 447
LFPG (Paris, France) 1:34 452
EGLL (London, England) 0:59 194
EGGP (Liverpool, England) 0:53 148
KJFK (New York, NY) 7:38 2926
KATL (Atlanta, GA) 2:24 686
KDFW (Dallas-Fort Worth, TX) 2:21 717
KDEN (Denver, CO) 1:52 584
KLAX (Los Angeles, CA) 2:28 859
Total trip - 24 legs in 65:01 flight time, 73:57 block time, covering 25193 nm.
It was a fun trip, good experience in the airplane, and a good way to see the "back side" of the world. Approach to Paro, Bhutan, was fun.
