FSUIPC 4x for FSX is Released

Peter Dowson NEW Full release of FSUIPC4 (incorporating WideFS7) for use with FSX was released October 14th 2006 (1.55 MB).

I am pleased to report that after installing FSUIPC 4.01 on FSX I was able to get Active Sky to work with FSX. But I understand Active Sky is planning on a new version down the road that is designed for FSX.

Looks like FSUIPC 4.01 is only for FSX, not FS9.

I am also pleased to report that after installing FSUIPC 4.01 on FSX I was able to get FSACARS to work with FSX. FSACARS was able to recorded and send my test log to the POC without any problems.

I did not have to do anything different with setting up FSACARS to work with FSX. I just started FSX then FSACARS as usual. This means that you should have no problem using FSX for your SAX flight assignments.

Version 4.07 is now released for FSX.
